68-C Training Team

 Course was designed for the the individual (s), and introduces the student to DFT. It was designed for the security officer or individual with moderate experience in defensive shooting.  

   Successful completion of DFT Course I the individual, and security officer, Law Enforcement officer, operator will be able to take DFT II.  Course is demanding and strenuous will focus on advanced tactics of combat shooting. 

This is also a great refresher course for the experienced individual

 Successful completion of DFT 2 gets you to the graduate Course DFT 3.  Course is strenuous will focus on advanced tactics of combat shooting in a live fire exercise, and qualification.  A written exam for graduation and upon successful completion a diploma will be issued.

 Purpose of Essential Trauma Interventions Stabilize a casualty in the current injured condition, by performing the correct intervention at the correct time. The goal is to prevent the casualty from deteriorating into a fatal state of no return without receiving addition casualties. Medically correct intervention performed at the wrong time, may lead to further casualties. Medically wrong intervention performed at the correct time, may lead to a fatal deterioration of the casualty. Treatment is the action or manner of treating, curing or healing of a patient by a medical procedures, such as surgery or medication regime. Intervention, is the act or means of interfering with the outcome, or course of a serious condition or process, such as to prevent further impairment or to improve general function
